East Farms Organic Farmer's market share $13.50:
*Mustard Greens-green and purple leaf (bottom front under radishes)

*Tat Soi-the dark green leaves with white stems (reminded me of bok choy) on the middle left just below the four way lettuce mix
*Arugula-on the far right with scalloped leaves (can't really tell in the photo) Really sharp peppery taste we used as an accent lettuce
*bunch of Red Radishes in the center of the picture
*just to the left of the radishes is a bunch of Parsley
*just to the right of the radishes is a bunch of Cilantro
*Mizuna-top center of the picture above the parsley, radishes and cilantro with really jagged leaves (I really liked this and the Tat Soi)

Gluten-Free Snacks

Here's a few of our current favorite gluten-free snacks:

GLUTINO: Gluten Free Pretzels These little mini pretzels really do taste almost identical to their wheat counterparts. They're crunch and salty and nicely browned. Oh, they are also delicious with caramel and chocolate.

HOT KID: Baby Mum-Mum Original Rice Rusks These are really unusual but good in that unique way that surprises one. These are light and airy like the puff noodles one can get at some Asian restaurants with a slight sweet taste. These are also rather inexpensive as far as gluten-free snacks go and they're great for traveling since they come in convenient two packs. You just have to get over the fact that you're snacking on a baby teething cracker.

GENSOY: Soy Crisps Deep Sea Salted Of the three treats featured here, this was the easiest to find. We've tried some of the other soy crisp flavors but only really like the Deep Sea Salted variety. These are quite similar to rice cakes in looks and texture and even taste.
