The ongoing saga of B-B and B Part 31: More Puppy Love with snuggles and cuddle bites

More dog love.  B and B-B snuggling and cuddling.  B lays her head down when B-B starts licking her ear. Silly puppies!

The ongoing saga of B-B and B Part 30: Snow covered love

It started out with B-B doing zoomies and then merged into B and B-B wrestling in the snow.

This was during a late February snow storm and the pups came in covered in snow:

Followed by the love part:B helping to groom B-B since the snow sticks to him and she just shakes it off her slick fur.

Alternating randomness

These middle books were in order to be shelved as holds for the respective patrons and I couldn't help but feel bemused at how they alternated despite the randomness of their check-in.

Sunday Randomness #95: 2 kinds of popular medicines Feb. 2023

From Gas-X to Pepto-Bismal

to Dulcolax and fast acting lactase and preparation-H

And Melatonin

including melatonin gummies

but don't forget generic versions of sleep-aids

and benefiber and metamucil and generic psyllium fiber

Hmmm....does anyone else see a pattern?  Does our modern lifestyles create some intestinal distress and contribute to lack of sleep?  These were all available while on a recent shopping trip and it was surprising to me to see so many items to help with sleep and so many more to help with digestive issues-especially with moving things through the system.  So many laxatives-one would think we don't get enough fiber in our diets...

For more official information about sources of fiber visit the following site with the USDA: https://www.nutrition.gov/topics/whats-food/fiber

and with the Canadian government: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/nutrients/fibre.html
