The ongoing saga of B-B and B Part 29: Pet stores, puddles, pups and silliness



B-B trying to convince us that we should get more pets!  (I don't think so right now, B-B, you and your sister keep us on our toes and busy enough as it is.)

(And now a jump back in time with B to February of 2021 in the times before B-B.)


B in her first year.  She discovered this ice crusted gutter on her own and was instantly fascinated.  I let her take the lead and just shot the videos.  


She clearly figured out how to break the ice and was picking up chunks and dropping them on the bank.

But she was not satisfied until she had tromped through the gutter several times to make sure she had broken all the big ice plates!

It was interesting to see how she obviously had a size in mind and went back and forth until all that ice was broken down to the size she deemed acceptable.

Sunday Randomness #64 : Finally, a decent mainstream organic poultry product!


 Organic Air-Chilled Smart Chicken.  I bought it on clearance to try and we were surprisingly happy with it.  It's the first chicken I've cooked in a long time (decades?) that DID NOT have the gross white foamy gunk floating at the top of the water after cooking it on the stovetop.  We'll be buying more of this brand in the future and not necessarily on clearance although we'll still have to fit it into the budget.  We used this particular batch for chicken soup and it was really good.
