From Gas-X to Pepto-Bismal


to Dulcolax and fast acting lactase and preparation-H


And Melatonin


including melatonin gummies


but don't forget generic versions of sleep-aids


 and benefiber and metamucil and generic psyllium fiber


Hmmm....does anyone else see a pattern?  Does our modern lifestyles create some intestinal distress and contribute to lack of sleep?  These were all available while on a recent shopping trip and it was surprising to me to see so many items to help with sleep and so many more to help with digestive issues-especially with moving things through the system.  So many laxatives-one would think we don't get enough fiber in our diets...
